Floor plAn: tables and chairs

Plantation Hall offers a variety of indoor tables and chairs included in the price.  The following are available for you to use: 

  • 5-ft round tables
  • 8-ft rectangular tables
  • 34-in square tables
  • 32-in round tables

Our staff will assist you in laying out the best floor plan for you. The great thing is that we have a lot of configurations from previous events that will help get things started!

Outdoor park

The park adjacent to Plantation Hall, known as the Square, is a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding, or for any outdoor activity.  We will coordinate obtaining a permit for you from the community association.


Video projection and Audio Systems

The audio and video options are numerous.  Show a slideshow of you and your spouse's photos on a big screen, play your favorite dance songs over the sound system, have your outside ceremony where everyone can hear the officiant, etc.  Here is a list of the equipment that is available for you to use (click here to see the pricing):

  • A video projector and 10-foot screen are mounted in Plantation Hall, and a computer, dvd player, or just about whatever you have that can be connected through a hdmi, vga, or rca connection. 
  • A built-in audio system with 14 ceiling mounted speakers is available to use through rca jacks, and headphone jack-to-rca cable is available to connect any tablet, mp3 player, ipod, ipad, etc.
  • A portable Bose speaker and a wireless mic are available for outside use to play processional music, and/or amplify the officiant.
